Common questions
Is the HarmonyOS app safe?
Yes. The HarmonyOS app is built directly from our source code and published through Huawei AppGallery Connect. Loginator stores all data locally on your device with encryption — nothing is sent to any server unless you explicitly enable feedback.
Why isn't it on AppGallery yet?
We're in the process of publishing to Huawei AppGallery. In the meantime, you can use the web app or install a direct package when available. Once the AppGallery listing is live, updates will be automatic.
How do I update the app?
Once Loginator is on AppGallery, updates are automatic. For direct packages, return to this page and install the latest version over the existing app — your data is preserved.
Which HarmonyOS devices are supported?
The native HarmonyOS package is built for HarmonyOS NEXT (5.0+) phones, tablets, and PC. If you're on HarmonyOS 4 or earlier, install the Android app instead — it runs natively on those versions. Either way, the same encrypted vault works across your devices and can sync.
