Loginator support

Loginator is a password, two-factor, and card vault that stays encrypted on your device. There is no account to sign in to.

Get help

• In the app, open Settings and then Feedback. Feedback stays off until you turn it on.
• Email privacy@pegasusgalactica.com.
• Read the privacy policy.
• Microsoft Edge Add-ons listing: privacy policy for Microsoft Edge.

Permissions reviewers ask about

• Camera scans QR codes and cards on the device. Photos are not uploaded.
• Face ID unlocks the vault. A PIN works when Face ID is unavailable.
• Bluetooth syncs with a nearby device. That transfer stays between the two devices.
• Online sync is optional. It sends only encrypted ciphertext. The relay cannot read the vault.

The iPhone and iPad app is free and has no in-app purchases.
